Senin pagi, 26 Januari 2026. Suasana sekolah hari itu terasa lebih ramai dari biasanya. Dari pagi, para siswa sudah siap di depan Ruang Pertemuan SMAN 5 Magelang, menunggu giliran untuk perekaman KTP perdana. Disdukcapil datang langsung ke sekolah, bawa layanan jemput bola supaya pelajar yang sudah cukup umur tidak perlu repot ke kantor buat urus identitas kependudukan. Sejumlah 32 siswa kelas X siap mengikuti perekaman ini. KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) itu sangat penting karena menjadi identitas resmi seseorang sebagai warga negara. Fungsinya bukan sekadar kartu, tapi menyangkut banyak aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Beberapa layanan yang membutuhkan KTP diantaranya mengurus layanan Kesehatan (BPJS), mengurus Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM), mengurus paspor, mengurus NPWP, mengurus bantuan sosial. Selain itu, KTP juga dibutuhkan dalam pembukaan rekening bank, melamar pekerjaan, menyewa rumah, dan yang lainnya. Tanpa KTP, akses ke beberapa layanan tersebut bisa terhambat. Prosesnya rapi. Siswa masuk satu per satu, sesuai jadwal yang sudah diatur. Tidak ada kerumunan. Mereka boleh pakai baju bebas yang rapi atau seragam sekolah, bebas pilih, yang penting nyaman dan tetap sesuai aturan administrasi. Berkas yang dibawa para siswa untuk proses ini adalah foto copy Kartu Keluarga (KK), dan akta kelahiran. Siswa cewek diperkenankan berdandan sebelum pemotretan, namun setelah foto, diwajibkan untuk menghapus kembali dandanannya. Petugas Disdukcapil sigap dan ramah, nggak ada yang jutek. Sebelum foto, mereka kasih arahan singkat soal posisi duduk, arah pandang, sama ekspresi wajah.
