SMA Negeri 5 Magelang mengadakan gerakan menyehatkan dan amunisi yang meliputi 4 sehat lima sempurna. Seluruh murid kelas XI F-1 sampai dengan XI F-10, Pada hari Rabu, 13 Agustus 2025 dalam rangka pembiasaan Gemar Makan Sehat dan Bergizi. Untuk itu, sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan Sarapan Sehat Bersama. Oleh karena itu, setiap murid membawa bekal sarapan sehat yang terdiri dari: karbohidrat, protein, sayur hijau, buah (jika ada), susu (jika ada) atau air putih. Disarankan menghindari menu makanan instan atau siap saji. Tepat pukul 07.15 WIB, para murid mulai dikumpulkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan senam anak Indonesia hebat 2025. Dengan semangat bulan kemerdekaan tersebut gerakan senam dimulai, beberapa murid memandu dan Ibu/Bapak guru sebagai operator dalam berjalannya senam. Keceriaan mulai tumbuh dalam pembiasaan Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat tersebut. Kelancaran dalam beragam gerakan mulai ditampilkan oleh murid SMA Negeri 5 Magelang. Bertumbuh dan berkembang mulai dirasakan dengan keberagaman moment yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kesehatan jasmani dan rohani. Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat merupakan gerakan senam yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik dan mental anak-anak, serta menanamkan semangat kebangsaan dan kebiasaan hidup sehat. Senam ini merupakan bagian dari Gerakan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Kemendikdasmen) Setelah mengikuti Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat, para murid berbaris dan duduk dengan rapi untuk melanjutkan pembiasaan Gemar Makan Sehat dan Bergizi. Berdoa menurut agama dan kepercayaan masing-masing menjadi pelengkap acara Gemar Makan Sehat dan Bergizi, empat sehat lima sempurna ini.
